Born and raised in the Bay Area, my multicultural background informs my therapeutic practice. I

know that navigating the complexities of overlapping identities can be difficult, and I'm here to

provide a space where all parts of you are seen and valued. Together, we will explore your

unique story and find pathways to healing that resonate with your individual experience.

 

I offer a strengths-based, trauma- informed, and relational approach to therapy. My goal is to empower you by offering different perspectives that challenge and inspire your

Education: ASW #123044, working under the supervision of Jesse Wittle-Utter LMFT #79789. BA in Philosophy from Pitzer College and Master's in Social Work from The University of Southern California. Gottman Institute Level 1 training, IFS Institute Online Circle training, and 10+ years of Mindfulness/Meditation experience.
