Anahita Far, ASW

Hi, my name is Anahita.

Working predominantly with young adults, professionals, and couples, I offer a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and relational approach to therapy.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, my multicultural background informs my therapeutic practice. I know that navigating the complexities of overlapping identities can be difficult, and I’m here to provide a space where all parts of you are seen and valued. Together, we will explore your unique story and find pathways to healing that resonate with your individual experience. My goal is to empower you by offering different perspectives that challenge and inspire your awareness and growth.

Whether you're managing anxiety, processing trauma, or seeking deeper connections and self-understanding, I'm here to help you uncover your inner truth, strength, resilience, and capacity for self-compassion.

Education: ACSW (#123044), working under the supervision of Jesse Wittle-Utter (#79789).
